We are currently in an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen the team. Based on Gotland, you will work operationally with project planning, measurements, analysis and support for our customers and partners. We work in a tight working group with the latest technology within the real estate sector (IoT and proptech) and for those who are interested, there is a lot to learn. About the role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you work closely with our customers. You are responsible for and run implementation projects with new customers and lead the ongoing work of project management, delivery and installation. You ensure that our systems are properly configured to meet our customers’ requirements and analyze the data that we measure. Continuous follow-up, analysis and reporting are included in the tasks and for the right person, the role can be developed. As you directly interact with our customers and their employees, it is important that you are engaged, give a trustworthy impression and can communicate flexibly across technology and business domains to cover different customer situations. The administrative planning phase of our projects contain many technical aspects, so it is important to be analytical, accurate and productive in your work. Travel related to your employment will include visits to Sweden’s major cities.
The tasks will mainly include:
• Planning and introduction of installations of new IoT devices on customer sites (for which you will receive training).
• Analysis of incoming data and suggesting followup actions.
• Production of weekly, monthly, and year-round reports for more comprehensive analysis.
• Participate in and develop our processes, strategies, tools and platforms.
Terms of employment:
Hourly employment / project employment, initially approx. 10h / week with the possibility of greater commitment over time. Salary type: Hourly wage.
Place of work:
Gotland. Travel to Stockholm and major cities in Sweden occurs.
