Buildings represent 41% of the world’s energy consumption
Buildings account for 36% of carbon dioxide emissions
People spend 90% of their time indoors
We help real estate companies to reduce their impact by optimizing their indoor climate and energy consumption through an open platform with smart products.
Lummelunda Technology are a catalyst for innovative solutions for leading real estate companies. We want to help companies in the real estate industry create better environments for their tenants, reduce their climate impact and at the same time create new businesses.
Together with our partners, we create innovative solutions based on open technology whilst avoiding the lock-in effects of more expensive, closed environments. By enabling clusters of real estate companies to collaborate around an open platform, property owners can become better landlords for their clients while creating new opportunities for their businesses to grow together
Four pillars of Lummelunda Technology
We are a catalyst for new opportunities, creating open ecosystems of solutions for property owners and their partners
We harness the power of IoT technology and advanced analytics to improve the safety, productivity and reliability of real estate services and speed the deployment of digital solutions.
By reducing energy consumption and emissions as well as improving indoor air quality we make a lasting positive impact for social sustainability, the environment and the economy
Here’s what our partners say about us
”It’s very important to us that we can maintain control of our properties and real estate.
With this solution, we are able to be more proactive when we detect problems in any location. For example, we can detect and react on indoor air quality issues before our customers need to call us. Furthermore, we save money by optimizing heating and we can track the status of our ongoing environmental certification in real time.”
